Dissatisfied with imported doors of inferior quality? Austral Plywoods manufacture blockboard door blanks as they should be made.
Our first step is to glue a 2.5mm crossband to the core, thereby eliminating "show-through" of the core. The crossband is then faced with a clear hoop pine veneer, giving the door an excellent surface for a high grade paint or clear finish.
Clear faced hoop pine solid core door blanks are available in panel sizes from 2040 x 820mm to 2700 x 1200mm. Available thicknesses are:
- 21mm (interior bond only);
- 35 & 40mm (full "A-Bond" construction).
